Do I need to be an established business to buy from you?
No, we supply to a wide range of businesses, from small start-ups to large businesses. You're welcome to open an account and start ordering with us no matter your size.
How do I place my first order with you?
Firstly, create an account by clicking 'My Account' in the top right-hand corner and then clicking 'New to Angel Wholesale.' You can then register for an account and create login details for your future orders. Once you've created an account, you can place your first order, find more details about placing an order here.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes, our payment partners are Pay Vector and Paypal. All the information exchanged is encrypted and we have no access to your credit card details.
Is there a minimum order quantity or value for an order?
No, there's no minimum order with us. We operate on a price break system, so the more you order, the better the price that we'll be able to offer you per item will be. Ordering more items can also make your postage better value, but the amount that you order is completely up to you.
How many items are in a pack?
Pack sizes depend entirely on the products and the size of the pack will be clearly displayed in the product description. If there is an assorted mix of sizes and colours in a product then you should get a balanced mix across the range, however we cannot promise this and we don't allow people to specify individual sizes or colours in their orders.
Are the items in a pack all the same size?
No, you should get a selection of sizes and colours but these may not always be in equal ratios depending on how they are supplied to us.
Can I request certain sizes and colours?
We unfortunately don't allow customers to choose certain sizes or colours as this affects us being able to supply other customers with a good range of sizes and designs.
What is your returns and cancellation policy?
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the goods, please inform us within 3 days of receipt. We will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you. All products returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing . You must ensure that the package is insured to the correct value to protect yourself in the event that the return is lost or damaged in transit. What type of lines do you stock?
We stock a range of items in the Baby, Giftware, Craft and Personalisation categories. As well as stocking a range of quality toys and babywear, we have items to suit our creative customers including our floristry supplies and hamper packaging. We also pride ourselves on offering a fantastic selection of giftware, especially for special occasions like christenings and Valentine's day.
What are your delivery charges?
We offer free delivery on all UK orders over £100. UK Standard delivery starts from £3.95 and we also have an express delivery that starts at £9.00. For more information, including international orders, you can read our delivery page here.
How long is delivery from placing my order?
Generally, UK delivery is between 3-5 working days and international delivery can be around 10-14 working days.

Can we come and visit you?
No unfortunately we are a working warehouse and do not have a showroom. However if you are local to us we can allow order pick up by arrangement. Most customers choose to order online as we have a full returns policy so in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any of our products we will refund you (conditions apply).
What are your payment terms?
Payment is taken at time of order including for pre-order items which reserves the stock for you. You can pay by credit card, debit card and Paypal via the website.There may be a delay in processing your order if your delivery address does not match the billing address of your chosen credit/debit card and extra identification may be required.If you wish to ship to an address different to the card billing address please select bank transfer at checkout.
