Cancelation Policy

Unfortunately once an order has been made you cannt cancel the order

Order Ammendments

Unfortunately after you have placed your order we cannot guarantee any ammendments.  If you have made a mistake and would like to make an ammendment to your order then please contact us as soon as possible and we will help as best we can, however we cannot guarantee any changes once the order has been sent to our warehouse.

Delivery Address Changes

Please check the delivery address you entered at the checkout and in your order confirmation.  If you have made a mistake and noticed the error please get in contact with us as quick as possible.  We can normally change delivery addresses up until the order has been despatched, however as soon as the order has been despatched can no longer alter any addresses.  You are responsible for ensuring the correct delivery address is entered at the checkout

Returns Policy

Returns will be considered on a discrentionary basis.  All return request must be made within 14 days of receiveing your order and will only be accepted by managers approval.  Please note that as a Business customer under a B2B contract you are not subject to clause 9 of our Terms and Conditions which cover Consumers only.

Subject to your return being accepted, you will be given an address to the relevant warehouse to send back to.  Goods must be sent back within 14 days of receiving this address at your own cost and must be in their orignal packaging in a re-saleble condition.  Unfortunately we cannot refund the orignal delivery cost and all returns will be subject to a £2 restocking fee which will be taken from your refund amount.
