Damages

If your order arrives damaged or there are shortages we require notification within 3 working days.

If your order is being delivered on a signed for service which includes UK & International parcel couriers as well as Pallet transport couriers, a signature will be required at the time of delivery. Do not sign for the goods until you have checked then over, If you see any sign of damage to the goods you should sign for the consignment as damaged.

Once we receive notification we will either replace or issue a refund at our discretion for the damaged goods or shortages. If you do not give us notification within 3 working days of receiving your order we cannot issue a replacement or refund for these items.

We reserve the right to issue a replacement part or full item whichever is necessary to complete the item, if you refuse to accept a replacement then you will be liable for return the original item at your own cost.
