In zone 1 we offer an Express Shipping option which means that any order placed before the cut off display during the checkout will be despatched that day and delivered the next working day.

Any country we ship to will be listed when you register and pay for your order. Please note that any orders sent by ourselves outside of the UK, VAT is not charged, this is regardless of whether you are tax registered in your own country or not. After receiving your order, we will pick, pack and dispatch as quick as possible. After dispatch the transit time varies by country because of enhanced customs declarations and issues. We have seen a delay to some countries, and have experienced many issues initially with custom declarations following the UK leaving the EU single market on the 1st January 2021. However, most of these have now been resolved with only a few exceptions. Once your order has cleared UK customs and left the UK it will arrive in your country and be examined by your local customs agents. At this point they will contact you to arrange payment of any taxes and duty for import. It is very important that you check your email you used to place the order as any links for payment will go to that email and sometimes these can end up in SPAM folders. We suggest you check your local country's policy on importing however, the EU currently charges taxes for any orders over EUR 22 and Customs Duty and Taxes for orders over EUR 135.

For the rest of the World please select Bank Transfer at checkout and call or Email us, we will work out the most competitive cost or if you would like to arrange to collect the goods yourself or use a your own courier/shipper please contact us. We will inform you of the volumetric weight of your parcel and you will be able to schedule collection once full payment has cleared.
