Return / Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within 48 hours of your receipt of the goods we will exchange items or refund if they are faulty on delivery to you.All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.

Delivery Information

All orders recieved by 5pm are despatched NEXT WORKING DAY. Orders placed on Friday will be picked on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. This service is 98% reliable.

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. If any item is found to be out of stock you will be offered an alternative or a refund.We will endeavour to refund you within 5 working days from receipt of your order.It may take a few days to be reflected on your statement.

Items listed in our ex-store & clearance section are factory overmakes, clearance or cancelled retail orders and due to copyright laws associated brand names & store tags must be removed or defaced before being offered for resale. As well as protecting their copyright this is also to prevent customers returning items to the original brand store for refunds. We cannot be held liable for any damages arising from your failure to comply.
