Services and Conditions of Use

Conditions of Sale

Goods are sold on the basis the customer will ensure:

(a) Unless indicated that the item is fully tagged ie is not ex store that the name of the original manufacturer or retailer of any associated firm or company or any trade mark belonging to any such firm or company will be removed or defaced by THE CUSTOMER.

(c)With regard to ex-store product that on no occasion will any promotional literature belonging to the original retailer or its associated firms and companies be used in any way whatsoever in connection with the resale of the merchandise.

(d) that all the MERCHANDISE sold to THE CUSTOMER thereunder is sold without guarantee as to fitness for purpose. No warranty expressed or implied by law will attach to any such sale. It is the duty of a purchaser to inspect the merchandise offered for sale and apply the relevant regulations applicable to their region or country. Angel Wholesale will assume that such an inspection has been made.

(e)and THE CUSTOMER will indemnify ANGEL WHOLESALE from and against any claims whatsoever resulting directly or indirectly from the resale of THE MERCHANDISE by THE CUSTOMER.

(f) returns will only be accepted if ANGEL WHOLESALE are notified within 48 hours of THE CUSTOMER receiving the goods and they are found to be faulty.

(g) With regard to ex-store product any customer returning goods to any retail outlet of THE ORIGINAL RETAILER OR MANUFACTURER in order to obtain a full refund will be liable for criminal prosecution by the RETAILER or original copyright holder.
